What is the difference between The Sims Complete Collection MAC an PC?

My game got messed up and stopped working and I want to get it again but there is a MAC for $30 and PC for triple the price. Will my Laptop which is HP intel pentium windows 7 play a MAC?What is the difference between The Sims Complete Collection MAC an PC?

if you get the windows version of the game it will run on windows...
if you get the mac version of the game it will run on an apple computer
if you buy the 30buck mac version then u CANNOT play it on your stated computer
try looking around for a better price gamestop.com walmart.com target.com craigslist.com bestbuy.com ebay.com
also check for store coupons like if theres a 20%off $30 or more purchase...so if it was 36 at say walmart for windows version with that coupon it would only be 30. or fid ways to stack coupons or go to stores that doubles values of coupons.What is the difference between The Sims Complete Collection MAC an PC?
I am going to take a stab at this and say the difference is the operating system.
