im having trouble with creating lots on the sims3. In the sims 2 you used to be able to just take a lot from the lot bin and put it almost anyhwere. But how do u do that in the sims 3.How do you create an empty lot on sims 3?
I had the same problem. You are probably still in tutorial mode. Just exit it and it should work. Also, make sure you are in edit town mode. Which is under the options menu on your lefthand side.
