The Sims 3 Ambitions: How i can meet and add to town downloaded sims after installed?

I downloaded, and installed a lot of sims in the Sims 3 ambitions launcher. When i enter the game and enter my saved game i cant seem to meet or be able to add a copy to empty houses:



-What i have to do after installing them to be able to meet them in the town i play (twinbrook)?

Go to edit town and down the bottom should have your downloaded sims, choose one and then select 'place copy' and move them to an empty house that they can afford or merge them with another family.The Sims 3 Ambitions: How i can meet and add to town downloaded sims after installed?
You need to make sure that they are saved to the sims bar thing

Place a copy of the sims in the library, then try placing then in their homes.

Or it could just be a sim glitch
